It Started With My Own Story
Hi, I’m Jessica Griffin. Every time my husband and I visit a new city, we hunt down its best ice cream. We’re both lactose intolerant, so for years every scoop came with a lactaid pill and a stomach ache anyway.
Most lactose-free options were almond or coconut based, and they lost the nostalgic taste of the real thing. So I started experimenting with lactose-free dairy in my own kitchen. Once I perfected the recipe and my friends and family tasted it, Scoops of Favor took off.
Our best sellers are more than just flavors. They represent the joy of sharing delicious, worry-free ice cream with those who face similar dietary restrictions. It’s heartwarming to see how people, not just those with lactose intolerance but everyone, prefer our ice cream for its creaminess, taste, and quality.
My goal is simple: to make people fall in love with ice cream again.

Yes, our ice cream contains dairy, but we use lactose-free dairy products, so it’s gentle on lactose-intolerant guests while keeping that rich, creamy taste.
Do you have non-dairy or vegan options?
We do! We use oat milk as the base for our non-dairy options. Our most popular vegan flavors include Blueberry Bliss and Miracle Milk Chocolate. Reach out to request a vegan flavor.
Does your ice cream contain nuts?
Our product contains coconut and is prepared in a facility that also handles tree nuts. Please ask us about specific allergens before ordering.
How do I get my ice cream?
Once you place your order, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup location. You’ll also receive a confirmation email after checkout, so please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
